What a Weekend

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

Well what a fabulous weekend I have had!

It all started on Saturday when I went to Tim Holtz UK Live workshop which was a birthday present off my wonderful Rick.

Art from the Heart hosted the workshop and I had an amazing morning! Met some lovely people and thanks to Lisa and Sam for their company on our table!

I learnt so much and got lots of lovely goodies off Tim and Mario!
Of course I spent some money at the shop, now it would have been very rude not too!

I want to thank Ben for organising this amazing event! Everything ran like clockwork and if you get the change to visit Harrogate then I would recommend going to Art from the Heart!

It would also have been rude not to get a couple of photo's with Sir Tim!

This one we decided to make funny faces :)

Here is a couple of photographs, the first one is what we received off Tim and Mario and the second is what I purchased!

To finish off the weekend it was my birthday and I had a wonderful birthday and got totally spoilt by my hubby!  Apart from the workshop he bought me a beautiful necklace and earrings with the Maltese cross, perfume and a jumper I had been admiring for a while (we women do know how to throw hints).  I also got a couple of lovely gifts from my friends too! Thank you!

I also want to say a very big thank you to all my Facebook friends too who left some wonderful birthday messages on my timeline!

Thanks for visiting today!

Stamps by Me Samples

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

I am so excited today as I am off to Harrogate to take part in Tim Holtz workshop this morning!

This has been on my bucket list for a number of years and so excited to be taking part today, I am also looking forward to meeting up with crafty friends too.

Today I am sharing a number of my samples from Toni's show (Stamps by Me) yesterday!
I just love all the new stamps and dies!

I have used part of the larger stamp around the frame, stamped the image with Versafine and embossed then added the sentiment.

On this one I have used Distress Oxide Peacock Feathers and Lucky Clover using the circle texture stamps and one of the large sentiment stamps.  I then used the circle from Art Shapes and Scribble Art 2

On this card I have used the stamps from the Dancing in the Moonlight stamp set.
Created the background with Distress inks and matted onto green card.

This is very CAS I cut out the square shapes in dark blue and light blue then swapped over the inside squares. Stamped the sentiment using Generation INX in Blue.

Many thanks for stopping by Today!
